Carrie Wise, APRN
Carrie Wise has served the Yakima Valley community in healthcare since 1999, dedicating her career to whole-body health and functional wellness. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2017, she founded PNW Optimal Health in 2021.
Carrie specializes in women’s wellness, hormone replacement therapy, testosterone therapy for men, and personalized weight loss support. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassionate care, helping patients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their health journey.
Outside of the clinic, Carrie rides horses competitively, runs her dogs at Snow Mountain in the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy, and travels throughout Washington and Montana to visit her kids. She brings the same energy, balance, and grounded approach to her patients that she values in her personal life.
