Chris Castello is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner serving the Indianapolis area with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. He is a recognized leader in metabolic health, medical weight loss, and aesthetic medicine.
In 2021, Chris opened Genesis Lifestyle Medicine in the Carmel area and became an early provider introducing GLP-1 medications for medical weight loss. Over the past five years, he has grown the practice into a premier wellness destination, successfully treating thousands of patients through customized weight management protocols.
