Genesis Lifestyle Medicine Indianapolis is a close knit team of expert providers who aim to deliver personalized care based on the individualized needs of each patient. Founded in 2021, Genesis Indianapolis is not a “one size fits all” model, rather our team takes the time and effort to be curious and ask the questions to best deliver the results for patients. Chris Castello, APRN has over 15 years of healthcare experience. He has established himself as a leader in metabolic health and medical aesthetics.

Genesis Indianapolis has had the same staff almost the entirety of its existence. Our patients know us and trust us. Our level of care exceeds the standards that are set by our competition. Not only are we the experts in the services that we provide but we also are on the cutting edge of new treatments. We work in an industry that has an ever changing landscape that demands providers be innovative and have a “pulse” on the industry. Genesis Lifestyle Medicine stands out from our competition because of that eagerness to always be learning and innovating.

Our approach to care is to be curious and think outside the box. We are not “yes” providers. While a patient may think they need a certain treatment, it is our job as medical providers to guide them to what they truly need. A lot of our competition is online based and while that may provide a certain level of convenience it does not provide a true sense of care. We are available to our patients well beyond the practice hours. The biggest part of “Care” is to be invested. Our patients' successes are our successes and their struggles are our struggles.

Chris Castello, APRN

Chris Castello is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. With over 15 years of healthcare experience, Chris has established himself as a leader in metabolic health and medical aesthetics.

Chris was a pioneer in the Carmel area for introducing GLP-1 medications for medical weight loss. Over the past five years, he has grown the practice into a premier destination for wellness, successfully treating thousands of patients through personalized weight management protocols. In addition to his expertise in medical weight loss, Chris is a highly skilled aesthetic injector, specializing in providing natural, transformative results for his clients.
