Shaely Folger, Physicans Assistant

Shaely Folger, PA-C, MPAS is a board-certified Physician Assistant serving patients in Aurora and Cherry Creek. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Oklahoma City University and brings a strong clinical foundation with a passion for integrative, patient-centered care.

Shaely has a particular interest in medical weight management, hormone optimization, metabolic health, aesthetic medicine, and overall wellness. During her clinical training, she completed a focused rotation in endocrinology and metabolic medicine, where she gained experience evaluating and managing conditions such as insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, weight-related concerns, and hormone imbalances, including testosterone and estrogen replacement therapy.

She also completed dedicated training in medical aesthetics, working closely with experienced providers to develop skills in patient assessment, facial analysis, and individualized treatment planning. She has pursued additional hands-on training in neuromodulators and aesthetic procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and natural, balanced results.

Shaely is especially passionate about helping patients improve their energy, confidence, and long-term health by addressing underlying contributors rather than focusing solely on symptom management. She is especially drawn to a root-cause, physiology-based approach that supports long-term health and sustainable results. She is committed to continued learning and staying up to date with evolving therapies in hormone optimization, weight management, and aesthetic medicine.

Shaely believes that true wellness is deeply personal and extends beyond lab values alone. Her approach centers on listening closely to each patient, building trust, and creating thoughtful, individualized care plans that support both physical health and overall wellbeing. She is dedicated to helping patients feel like the best version of themselves—inside and out.

Alison Brown, APRN

Alison Brown is a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner serving patients in Aurora and Cherry Creek, Colorado. She completed her advanced training at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to her practice.

Alison specializes in medical weight management, hormone optimization, metabolic health, advanced peptide protocols, aesthetic medicine, and sexual wellness for both women and men. She is certified in pellet therapy with advanced training in preventive aging and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and she is also a certified advanced aesthetic injector with specialized training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and facial balancing techniques. She has extensive experience helping patients address metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, fatigue, age-related hormonal changes, and overall vitality. Alison also offers platelet-rich plasma treatments to support healing, performance, and long-term wellness.

Alison has been with Genesis Lifestyle Medicine since its inception and joined the practice as a founding team member more than 15 years ago. Her long-standing commitment reflects her deep dedication to both the organization and the patients it serves. Many of her patients have been with her for years and value the trust, continuity, and personalized care she provides.

Alison believes true health goes beyond numbers, lab values or symptom management. Her philosophy centers on restoring balance, identifying root causes, and helping patients feel energized, confident, and fully present in their lives. She views sexual health as an essential component of overall wellness and partners closely with each patient to create achievable, personalized care plans that evolve with their goals.

How to Find Us

Our Aurora office is located at 15230 E Iliff Ave, Suite A, Aurora, CO 80014, just off I-225 and near the intersection of Iliff Avenue and Peoria Street. We are conveniently positioned across from the Aurora Mall area, in a shopping mall next to Walmart.

Free parking is available in front of the clinic, and the entrance is clearly marked for easy access.
