Led by Nurse Practitioner Heather Burleson, who has been with Genesis since 2018, the Hendersonville clinic brings both experience and heart to every patient interaction. Beginning her journey in our Nashville location, Heather is deeply passionate about helping patients reach their goals through a comprehensive approach that includes medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and aesthetic treatments. Her focus is always on delivering natural, lasting results while helping patients feel their best both inside and out.

Heather Burleson, MMS, PA-C

Heather Burleson is a board-certified Physician Associate with more than 18 years of clinical experience across OB/GYN, interventional cardiology, and cardiac electrophysiology. She has been a key provider at Genesis Lifestyle Medicine since 2018.

Her clinical specialties include hormone optimization, sexual wellness, medical weight loss, and aesthetics. Heather also serves as a clinical trainer, mentoring providers across the organization to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.

She is committed to collaborative, patient-centered medicine and values staying at the forefront of evidence-based wellness care.
