Ashley Bacab-Delacruz, APRN, FNP-BC

Ashley Bacab-Delacruz is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with advanced graduate-level training in nursing. She became an FNP in 2022 and provides comprehensive care focused on wellness, metabolic health, and lifestyle optimization across the lifespan.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University in 2018. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2022.

Her approach to care is holistic and patient-centered, emphasizing the connection between physical health and daily lifestyle habits. While she utilizes evidence-based medical treatments when appropriate, Ashley believes lasting health is achieved by addressing the whole person—including nutrition, movement, and environment. She is passionate about meeting individuals where they are and creating personalized, realistic plans that support sustainable, long-term results.

A Las Vegas native, Ashley was born and raised in the community she now serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, especially exploring the outdoors together.

Our Las Vegas/Henderson area office is located at 7455 W Washington Ave, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89128, just off West Washington Avenue, near the intersection with Rainbow Boulevard, and close to Downtown Summerlin. Look for “THE PARKWAY” tan and brick red commercial building. We are located on the first floor and easily accessible from both entrances of the building.

Parking is available directly in front of the building, and the entrance is simple to locate.
