Our Providers

Sukhi Kaur, APRN

Sukhi Kaur is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients in Frisco and Dallas, Texas. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Texas Woman’s University in 2022.

Born in Punjab, India and raised in the United States from the age of two, Sukhi’s upbringing across diverse cultures and environments shaped her deep appreciation for compassion, adaptability, and meaningful human connection. Her personal experiences allow her to relate to patients from all walks of life and create a welcoming, supportive care environment.

Sukhi’s clinical experience includes medical weight loss, aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy, and regenerative medicine. With a background in both hospital and outpatient settings, she delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s goals and needs. She is known for her empathetic approach and her commitment to ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care.

Outside of the clinic, Sukhi enjoys reading, painting, watching movies, and spending quality time with family and loved ones.

Yuna Muyinda, APRN

I am a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with over four years of clinical experience providing high-quality patient care across urgent care and wellness settings. I began my advanced practice career in urgent care, where I developed strong skills in acute illness management, injury assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and evidence-based treatment of diverse patient populations. This fast-paced environment strengthened my ability to make timely clinical decisions while delivering patient-centered care.

Building on this foundation, I transitioned into the wellness and preventive medicine space, where I focus on helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized treatment plans, chronic disease management, weight management, preventive screenings, aesthetic wellness, and lifestyle-focused interventions. My approach emphasizes education, collaboration, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.

I strongly believe that when patients feel confident in how they look, they often feel amazing in every aspect of their lives. Enhancing outward confidence can positively impact self-esteem, motivation, and overall wellness. This philosophy drives my passion for combining evidence-based medicine with wellness and aesthetic treatments that help patients look and feel their best.

Amy Hutchins, Clinic Director

Amy Hutchins holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas and has dedicated more than 30 years to the health and fitness industry. A nationally certified personal trainer, she has earned certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). In addition to her fitness credentials, Amy is a certified Behavior Modification Counselor with a passion for helping individuals achieve lasting health and wellness.

Throughout her career, Amy has been a member of the adidas 3-Stripes Instructor Program and a former instructor for the EAS Sports Nutrition Academy. She has also contributed health and fitness content to SportsDiscuss and the Fitnovatives Blog, sharing her knowledge and expertise with a broad audience.

Amy has extensive managerial experience in national weight-control centers and the cosmetics industry, as well as experience working in a cosmetic surgery practice. Her diverse professional background reflects a lifelong commitment to helping others improve their health, wellness, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Amy is the proud mother of three adult sons and grandmother to three grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys promoting healthy living, supporting others in their wellness journeys, and visiting local dog parks with her long-haired German Shepherd, Beau.

How to Find Us

We are located in the Baylor Scott & White building right across from the Omni near the Star headquarters! You can use the parking garage right behind the building and when you are driving up the ramp, you will see double glass doors. Once parked, you will be entering through those double doors and taking the elevator to the 7th floor. Once off the elevator please go to the end of the hallway and turn right, go down all the way to the end of that hallway and it will be the last glass door on your left!
