How to Find Us

Our Fort Collins office is located at 363 W Drake Rd, Suite 9, Fort Collins, CO. We are just off College Avenue (US-287), near the intersection with Drake Road, and a short distance from The Colorado State University campus. Look for Building 363 and head to the lowest level of the building. When you come down the stairs you will head to the right and will walk straight into our waiting area.

Parking is available directly in front of the clinic, and our entrance is convenient and clearly marked.
