Hannah Collins, APRN

Hannah is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector with a foundation in pediatric critical care. A Texas native, she has called Salt Lake City home for the past three years while working at Primary Children’s Hospital.

Hannah is passionate about aesthetic and functional wellness, focusing on enhancing natural beauty and overall well-being. She specializes in Botox, Dermal Fillers, Hormone Therapy, Sexual Wellness & Stem Cells providing thoughtful, individualized treatments grounded in safety and patient education.

She is thrilled to join the Genesis family and serve the community.

Our Genesis Lifestyle Medicine office in Salt Lake City is located at 154 E Myrtle Ave, Suite 102, Murray, UT. We are just off State Street (US-89), near the intersection with Myrtle Avenue, and a short drive from the Fashion Place Mall. Look for our modern red brick building with the number 154 in the middle of the building facing west directly facing the IHC Murray buildings; our suite is conveniently located on the first floor across from the elevators.

Ample parking is available directly in front of the building, and the entrance is easily accessible from both the West and the East side of the building.
