Microblading is a non-invasive technique that is used to color in eyebrows. At Genesis Lifestyle Medicine, we use a specialized blade-like tool to apply the color close to the surface of the skin, giving you back beautiful and thick brows.

The strokes used to color in your brows are very fine, giving your brows a very natural appearance. We choose the colors based on your skin tone, ensuring you get the most authentic results. Nanoblading – Customized eyebrow makeover to suit your appearance

Nanoblading is very similar to microblading. Our Las Vegas brow expert will use a combination of 4 different treatment techniques (which includes microblading) to give you a highly-personalized eyebrow shape and color. Such an approach will ensure the results suit your appearance perfectly.

Both microblading and nanoblading are semi-permanent, lasting for up to a year after they’re done. All you need to do is come in for the occasional annual touch-up treatment to make sure your new brows remain as they did when you first got them.

Preparing for the procedure

Your initial consultation

The procedure will be done at our Las Vegas clinic. During the consultation, our experts will analyze your bone structure, skin tone, hair color and aesthetic preferences before determining a specific brow shape and color. Once you are happy with the choice, the treatment will be scheduled.

If you have recently gotten a dermal filler or Botox, it’s best to wait for a bit. Our professionals will be able to advise when you can come in for your brow treatment.

During the procedure

Microblading and nanoblading are non-invasive and relatively pain-free. We will provide topical numbing before your session begins to help you experience a comfortable treatment.

Immediately after the procedure is complete, your eyebrows may look puffy and swollen, but this swelling will reduce in a day or two. As your brow region starts to heal, you will notice scabs forming on the treated area. These will slowly fall off and as the new skin grows in its place, you may see a temporary lightening of your new brows. That is normal. As your skin heals completely, the color starts to darken and then finally stabilizes into the color you had originally chosen.

During this time, we will provide comprehensive skincare instructions that you need to follow to ensure your skin heals perfectly.

Post-treatment touch-up

Once the healing is complete, you will need to come in for a touch-up, which will lock-in the colors and restore your beautiful brows. The results of these brow treatments can last up to 18 months. We use only organic and skin-friendly pigments to do the microblading and nanoblading procedures.
